Here's how to check and manage your reservation history!
In accommodation reservations, you can check comprehensive information about your reservation history (reservation ID, reservation status, reservation options, primary guest, number of guests, sales/deposit amount).
π¨ Reservation management is not supported on mobile apps, so please be sure to use a PC Chrome browser.
1) Check Reservation History
- You can download reservation history as a CSV file through the 'Excel Download' button in the top right corner.
- You can check detailed information for a specific reservation by clicking on the 'Reservation ID'.
2) Search
- You can check and manage reservation information for specific hotels through the dropdown bar in the top right corner.
- You can quickly check specific reservation information using the search filter in the top right corner.
- Traveler name, reservation ID, last 4 digits of mobile phone
- You can quickly check specific reservation information using the search filter in the top right corner.
3) Add Memo/Hotel Reservation Number
- You can add specific information separately through the 'Hotel Reservation Number' and 'Memo' buttons on the right side of each reservation.
- Hotel reservation numbers can be entered up to a maximum of 20 characters.
- Please use the memo function to separately record special requests (anniversary service requests, etc.) for reservation management.
4) Receive Reservation-Related Emails
- When a traveler confirms/cancels a reservation, the email format you receive is as follows:
- Reservation confirmation (left) / Reservation cancellation (right)
