Starting from January 25th (Thursday) Korean time, when partners directly cancel a reservation,
travelers will also be able to view the cancellation reason and detailed reason you enter when canceling the reservation.
* Both 'Cancellation Reason' and 'Detailed Cancellation Reason' can be viewed by travelers.
Therefore, when you cancel using the 'Direct Cancellation' feature, the information you enter will be directly delivered to the traveler,
so please provide accurate and detailed content that you wish to communicate to the traveler.
