Excellent Partner Selection Criteria

Excellent Partners are selected based on the previous month's performance, meeting all the conditions below.

Important Notes Regarding Selection Criteria
β’ Re-evaluated monthly based on the previous month's performance, and partners may be excluded from Excellent Partner status if they fail to meet the criteria.
β’ Partner-caused cancellations include partner non-response, booking closure, partner-requested cancellations, etc. Please ensure that cancellations attributable to the partner do not occur through proper inventory and booking management.

Q. How do I apply for Excellent Partner status?
- There is no separate application process. Partners are automatically selected according to MyRealTrip's internal criteria, and individual notification will be provided upon selection.

Q. When do Excellent Partner benefits start?
- Benefits are applied from the 5th of every month. If the 5th is a holiday, they will be applied on the nearest business day.

Q. Can Excellent Partner status be revoked?

Based on the previous month's performance evaluated monthly. All 4 conditions in the [Excellent Partner Selection Criteria] above must be met, and if any condition is not met, the partner will be excluded from Excellent Partner status.

- It is displayed in MyRealTrip search results and product detail pages.
