Where are product photos displayed?

1. When products are displayed within the MyRealTrip platform

• (1) web - product list, main home
• (2) mobile - integrated search
• (3) mobile - recommendation carousel
• (4) mobile - main home

2. (Required) Product Photo Registration Guide

❗ If you need to change the main photo after product approval, please request it from MyRealTrip.

• Only jpg or jpeg extension files of 10MB or less can be registered, with a minimum of 4 photos and maximum of 20 photos.

  ⚠️ png extension files cannot be registered.
  • • We only support jpg and jpeg extensions for faster loading in case of slow data connections.

• File names can be up to 50 characters.

• The first photo is automatically saved as the main photo, and the main photo cannot be changed after product approval.

• Please register photos with the subject centered.

• Please register photos without text or logos.

• You can change the order by dragging photos.

• Registered photos must not infringe on third party rights (portrait rights, copyright, etc.) and must be available for commercial use.

3. Please register photos that can showcase the product's appeal well.

Attractive photos can attract more travelers' attention.

Since photos also influence travelers when choosing products, please register attractive images.

1) We recommend these types of photos!

• Images that well represent the actual experience
  • Images that capture the main activities or tour highlights provided by the product!
  • Images that clearly show local scenery, culture, and people!
  • Show through images what travelers will experience when using the product.
• Various compositions and clean, organized images
  • Use images taken from various angles.
  • When showing facilities or services of a specific product, register clean and well-maintained images!

2) These types of photos cannot be registered!

• Photos with excessive editing
• Images unrelated to the product
  • Images unrelated to the product cannot be registered.
  • Please do not register photos that may cause travelers to misunderstand the product.
• Use of copyrighted/portrait-protected photos prohibited
  • Please use photos that have no copyright or portrait rights issues.
  • Photos taken from the web without permission, photos not permitted for commercial use!
• Photos with logos or watermarks inserted
  • Photos containing logos or watermarks cannot be used.

Question 1.

I want to change the 'main photo' of a product that's already on sale.

Answer :

It is possible to add new product photos to products that have started selling after review.

However, the 'main photo' cannot be changed directly as it requires verification that it doesn't violate guidelines such as external exposure. If you want to make changes, please send an email to [e-mail] with the following information. We will make the modifications within 3-5 business days.

• Title of the product you want to change (or ID or link)
• Product image file you want to change to
• Reason for wanting to change

Question 2.

Photos uploaded by travelers when writing reviews are displayed - can't they be removed?

Answer :

Currently, traveler review photos cannot be deleted.

Traveler reviews are displayed with a [Review Photo] tag. Reviews are internally ranked based on specific conditions,

and photos from reviews with high scores are displayed.

Question 3.

Can't png files be attached as product photos?

Answer :

No, png files cannot be registered as product photos.

For faster and more stable photo loading even when accessed from overseas, currently only jpg or jpeg files are allowed for registration.
