When minimum capacity is reached: Instant confirmation / Confirmation pending

When you select "capacity management required", it is activated as a condition for the automatic booking confirmation feature.

The instant confirmation conditions change according to the number of departure capacity you enter.
You can enter from a minimum of 0 people.

💡 Tip

Setting instant confirmation and minimum departure capacity makes booking management easier.
Previously, even after the minimum departure capacity was exceeded, you had to manually manage and confirm bookings yourself. Now, you just need to set the minimum departure capacity, and bookings made after reaching the minimum departure capacity can be instantly confirmed.

All bookings created from the point when the minimum departure capacity is exceeded will be changed to confirmed bookings.

1) (Example 1) How does it work when minimum departure capacity is exceeded?

Already confirmed bookings remain in confirmed status.
Newly created bookings will not be automatically confirmed as they are below minimum capacity.

💡 Tip
※ Travelers can see instant confirmation dates for selected options

This is important information for travelers' product purchase decisions, and we provide information on the calendar/option selection screen (see image) as follows:
- Since travelers can check instant confirmation dates for their selected options, there's a higher probability of additional bookings on these dates, and we expect this to reduce cancellations for confirmed dates!
- We don't provide features where confirmed bookings change to pending when other bookings are created/cancelled, as this could cause anxiety for travelers. In other words, once confirmed, bookings remain confirmed.
- If existing bookings are cancelled and minimum capacity is insufficient to proceed with the tour, please make sure to inform confirmed travelers of the cancellation reason and process the cancellation.

All bookings are created in confirmation pending status, and partners must manually press the [Confirm] button to confirm them.
Automatic confirmation is not provided even when above minimum departure capacity.
Instant confirmation product labels are not shown to travelers, and they receive "confirmation pending" guidance upon booking completion.

4. When capacity is fully reached: Sales closure or accept additional bookings

1) Closure method

① Sales closure
- You can only accept bookings up to the set booking capacity for the specified date, and no additional capacity can be booked.
- Travelers are informed that booking is unavailable as shown below.

② Accept additional bookings
- This is a feature that allows you to accept additional bookings beyond the set booking capacity for a specified date.
- However, since MyRealTrip cannot know how many additional bookings you can accept, bookings are always created as "confirmation pending", so please process "booking confirmation" when you can confirm according to the situation, or "cancel" when you cannot accept additional bookings.
