In the Settlement·Remittance menu, you can check previously paid settlement details or settlement amounts to be paid in the future.
① Status
- You can check the settlement payment status.

② Settlement ID
- Unique number for settlement payment. Clicking the Settlement ID will take you to detailed settlement information.
- Please check the detailed settlement information help here.
③ Payment Date
- Domestic Account: Deposit available within same day to 1 business day
- International Account: Takes approximately 10 business days.
④, ⑤ Settlement Cycle and Aggregation Period

* If the payment date falls on a holiday, payment will be made on the next business day. (Thursday holiday → Friday payment)
* Trip completion is processed the day after the travel date. (Travel on 25th → Trip completion date is 26th.)

- You can check costs that were previously held from settlement due to special circumstances.

- What are the detailed items of settlement amount?
- Sales Amount - Sales Commission - Channel Commission - Partner Issued Coupon + Partner Cancellation Fee - Traveler Compensation Amount + Other Adjustment Amount
1. What is Traveler Compensation Amount?
- When a reservation issue occurs due to partner responsibility, MyRealTrip provides advance compensation to the traveler and deducts it from the settlement
2. What is Other Adjustment Amount?
- When manual adjustment of settlement costs is needed, settlement is added/deducted through other adjustments.
- (Example) Other adjustments
- (When settlement is added) If the product commission is 20% but was incorrectly set to 25%, additional 5% settlement is processed through other adjustments for reservations settled at 25%
- (When settlement is deducted) When MyRealTrip manually cancels a reservation and should accurately deduct pre-settled costs but mistakenly only deducted part of the amount settled to the partner. The difference is deducted through other adjustments.
