Hello, Partners

This is MyRealTrip.

We sincerely thank all partners who have always been with MyRealTrip.

As previously announced, we have completed stability and additional feature improvements after renewing the product registration and management system. We are now ready to fully implement the new system and would like to inform you about this.

To enable you to sell existing products immediately in the newly upgraded system, product migration will be performed automatically. Please check the detailed information below.

πŸ“… Schedule Information
Even after products are migrated from the existing system to the new system, product sales will continue in the existing system for one week, and sales will start in the new system structure after one week.
  • Product migration schedule: Individual notification by email planned for October

* Schedule and time may change due to internal circumstances, and we will notify you of any changes.
* If you do not modify migrated products, they will be sold in the same way as the existing structure.
* Only products currently on sale will be migrated; dormant and products under registration will not be migrated.
* Product exposure ranking, reviews, etc. will be maintained identically in the new system structure.

1. Writing Product Introduction
  • Product registration guide: Go directly
  • Product description: The section that previously only allowed text writing has been improved to allow simultaneous use of images and text.
  • Announcements / Events: You can write multiple posts for one product and set display periods, making it easier to manage events that run only for specific periods.
  • Frequently Asked Questions: A new section for entering frequently asked questions separately has been established.
2. Option and Reservation Capacity (or Inventory) Management
  • Option management guide: Go directly

  • Option creation: You can create more diverse options for all MyRealTrip tour/ticket products.

  • Inventory registration

    • Tickets/Travel convenience: You can register and manage inventory quantities for each option.

    • Tours/Classes/Snap/Activities: Not only can you manage capacity by date, but an automatic confirmation function will also be provided when minimum capacity is exceeded.

3. Reservation Management

  • For products registered in the new system, reservations will be split and created according to the number purchased.

  • While partial cancellation was previously not possible, when booking new products, if multiple items are booked simultaneously, you can confirm just one or cancel just one.

    • Travelers can also request cancellation of just one item after purchasing multiple items.
