π What is the [Confirmed Reservation Cancellation] function?This is a function that allows partners to directly cancel specific reservations when it is difficult to proceed with reservations that have reservation confirmed status due to weather deterioration, natural disasters, insufficient participants, traveler non-response, partial cancellation by traveler, etc. You can directly process cancellation by selecting the 'cancellation type' and 'refund method' of the order ID.
β» Prior consultation with the traveler must be conducted before reservation cancellation, and penalties will occur if cancellation is made arbitrarily without consultation. β» Reservations in 'travel completed' status cannot use this function, so please request it to MyRealTrip.
