How to Change Settlement Account
1) You can change your settlement account in the 'Account Management >> Settlement Information' menu within the partner page.
2) Please click the 'Edit' button to proceed with modifying your settlement account.
3) After you request the modification, the account change approval process will proceed.
4) Only approved account information will be reflected in the settlement process.
* Settlement accounts can only be set up under your own name or business/business representative name.
* The currency of the account you wish to change must match the product sales currency.
* Please make sure to prepare a copy of your bank statement.
* For inquiries regarding settlement account changes, please use the channels below.
1. Use inquiry channel: Click the
button at the bottom right,
then enter 'Settlement Account Change' in the message input field.
2. Use email: Please send an email to guide@myrealtrip.com.
