How to Change Settlement Account
π¨ Settlement account changes will be applied after confirmation and approval by the person in charge is completed. (Takes up to one week)
π¨ The account information you register, the bankbook copy, and the name on the ID card or business registration certificate submitted during partner registration must match exactly. Accounts not under the representative's name cannot be settled.
π¨ The account holder name must include the exact account holder name including symbols and spaces, and the account number must contain only numbers. If errors continue to occur, please contact the person in charge. (Go to KakaoTalk inquiry channel)
π Go to Settlement Information
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Account Management] β [Settlement Information] from the left menu
3) Click [Edit] on the right side of account information (refer to image below)
4) Enter required information and upload bankbook copy (refer to image below)
5) Click [Save]
