Phone Number/KakaoTalk ID Change

🤔 Has your phone number or KakaoTalk ID changed?
You can update your contact information in the account management section of the partner page.

The contact information you register will be disclosed to travelers after booking confirmation.

How to modify contact information

👉 Go to Account Basic Information

1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Account Management] → [Account Basic Information] from the left menu
3) Click [Edit] on the right side of the contact information section at the bottom
4) Edit the main contact, product/booking manager contact, settlement manager contact, and CS manager contact respectively
5) Click [Save]

💡 The main contact always receives KakaoTalk notification messages and email notifications.

💡 If each manager's contact information is the same as the main contact, please select [Same as main contact] on the left.
