π¨ Suspension requests are not supported on the mobile app, please use Chrome browser on PC.
1) Log in to My Real Trip Partner
2) Click [Products] menu
3) Click More (3 dots) button to the right of accommodation name β Click [Suspend]
4) Select reason for suspension
5) Click [Suspend Product]
π‘ In 'Suspended' status
The product is not displayed on the city list page
When accessing through the product URL, it appears as a 'Suspended Product' on the product detail page
Reservation function is disabled and no reservations can be made.
