Registering Options

You can set options for sale in products more freely than before.

Set up the option structure as you want to manage various selling prices and diverse inventory quantities!

1. Calendar Usage

• For ticket and travel convenience category products, you can choose whether to use/not use the calendar.

• Tour, class, snap, and activity products cannot use the calendar usage/non-usage menu.

• Depending on the selected item, the traveler option selection screen changes as follows.

1) Calendar Usage

• Travelers first select a date, then select options.
• If date selection is mandatory, please set to use calendar.
  • Examples of calendar usage products
    • (Example) Products that must be used from the selected date (tours, tickets, etc. where date specification is mandatory)
    • (Example) Products with limited inventory by date requiring quantity deduction by date (camera rental products, etc.)

2) Calendar Not Used

• Travelers can purchase by selecting only options without date selection.
• If products can be used without specifying a usage date or can be used within the validity period, please set to not use calendar.
  • Examples of calendar non-usage products
    • (Example) Products usable within validity period (theme park entrance tickets usable until June)
    • (Example) Products available for immediate use after purchase regardless of date (SIM cards, eSIM, etc.)
    • (Example) Products used after local activation (Eurail consecutive pass, etc.)

• (When set to calendar not used) How to set immediate confirmation based on inventory?

  • Reservation available time: 0 hours
  • Inventory management method: Enter inventory by option or set inventory as not used if inventory is unlimited
  • Sales period: If only constant sales are possible, other items cannot be set.
  • Price adjustment policy: When calendar is not used, price adjustment menu cannot be set.

2. Option Usage: No Options

• No options: Select this when you want to sell only one option in one product.
• As shown in the image below, sales preparation is complete when you specify one selling price/sales condition.
  • (2-2) Please select the desired currency unit
  • (2-3) Since it will be displayed by quantity without option names, please enter selling price and minimum-maximum purchase quantities.

3. Option Usage: Use Options

• Use options: Please select this when you want to create and sell various combinations of options by referring to the detailed explanations below

4. Using Options: Age Setting

• Please select the age category if you need price differentiation, inventory, and personnel management through age classification.

• No age setting: Please select this item for options that don't require age classification.

5. Using Options: Setting Option Names and Values

1) Option Name

• Use this if you have option values that need differentiation.
• You can add/delete option names.
  • If unnecessary, you can delete by clicking the [Delete] button as shown below
  • If you need more categories, you can add by clicking the [Add Option] button.

2) Option Value

• Since this is displayed as the option that users actually select, please clearly describe the differences between choices
• After writing the desired option value, enter a comma (,) to separate option values.
• Editing option values: Click the chip you want to edit with your mouse to make it editable.

• Changing display order
  • If you want to modify the order after entering options, you can modify by drag and drop.

6. Using Options: Apply to Option List

• When you click this button, the written option names/values are created and displayed as a list, and you can enter selling prices.
• After modifying option names or values, you must click the [Apply to Option List] button to create options.

1) Option List

• Selling Price
  • Please set the sales currency unit and selling price.
  • When set to foreign currency, the foreign currency to Korean Won (KRW) exchange rate is updated daily at 1 AM Korean time, and sales are made according to that price.
    • (Example) 1 EUR / KRW 1453.97 → 10 Euro product → Sold for 1454 Won
    • Foreign currency-based prices are not displayed to travelers.
• Minimum Purchase Quantity
  • 1 item is set by default, but please set separately if there's a minimum purchase quantity.
  • Purchase is possible only from the specified quantity or more per reservation.
• Maximum Purchase Quantity
  • 999 items are set by default, but please set separately if there's a maximum purchase quantity.
  • Purchase is possible only up to the specified quantity per reservation.
• Option Usage Status
  • For options set to "Not Used" for option usage, price entry is unnecessary and they are not displayed as available for sale to travelers.

2) Bulk Apply

• Please check the options you want to apply at once from the list
• After checking, select the desired item from those displayed at the top of the list, enter the value, and click the [Bulk Apply] button
• The corresponding value will be applied to all checked options.

3) Individual Apply

• You can directly enter desired values for each option.

💡 Tip

• When there are many option lists, please use the filter function.
• Through filter settings, it's possible to view only 'Observatory Weekday Use' as shown below.

7. Using Options: Apply to Option List

• At the bottom of the option list, you can write description text for each option value if needed.

• When text is written, it's displayed as shown below.

Question 1.
When selling price is set in foreign currency, are both foreign currency and Korean Won prices displayed to travelers?

Answer:

No. Only Korean Won prices are displayed to travelers.

Exchange rates for selected foreign currencies are updated every dawn.

Question 2.
How is the option display order determined on the traveler screen?

Answer:
The order entered on the partner screen is directly reflected in the option list.
That is, the order you see in the option list as shown in the example below is the same as the order displayed to travelers.

Option values are also displayed in the same order.

Question 3.
I want to modify option information and prices for products on sale.

Answer:

Option information and prices can be modified after changing to sale suspended status.

Question 4.
Can't I [preview] the traveler screen before starting sales?

Answer:

You can view the preview screen through the preview button at the bottom of the product registration page.

Question 3.

For calendar non-usage products, when are they changed to travel completed status so I can receive settlement?

Answer:
They are changed to travel completed +365 days from the travel start date and included in settlement details.

Therefore, you can directly process as 'completed' on your partner reservation management screen, so please directly process reservations with confirmed usage history as usage completed. Reservations processed as usage completed will receive settlement amounts according to the settlement cycle.
