|
π‘ Tip
|
- Based on the time information you entered and the date information selected by the traveler, reservations are created as follows:
- Travel date: Date selected by the traveler
- Travel completion criteria: Meeting time on the date selected by the traveler + duration

- Auto completion criteria: April 10th 21:30
- (Example) 1 night 2 day tour with meeting time 08:00, duration of 36 hours β Reservation on April 10th
- Auto completion criteria: April 11th 20:00
- (Example) Night view tour with meeting time 18:30, duration of 3 hours β Reservation on April 10th
- Based on the time information entered, the reservation status is automatically changed to travel completed and becomes subject to settlement.
- This is also important information for travelers, so please be sure to enter detailed time information when it is determined!
2. When meeting time / operating hours are not set
- Since the date information selected by the traveler is accurate information, reservations are created with the following time information.
- Travel date: Date selected by the traveler
- Auto completion criteria: Travel date 23:59
- (Example) A product that sells morning/afternoon snaps as one product and writes meeting time information as text like "10 AM, 2 PM"
- Select April 10th date and create reservation β Auto completion criteria: April 10th 23:59
- In other words, at 0:00 the day after the travel date, the reservation status is automatically changed to travel completed and becomes subject to settlement.
Products where travelers do not select dates
1. When selecting "Calendar disabled" option provided only for tickets/travel convenience
- Calendar disabled products are settings selected when selling products that do not require date selection.
- When this value is selected, since the usage date is not important, reservations are created with the following time information.
- Travel date: Date when the traveler made the reservation
- Travel completion criteria: Date the traveler selected + 30 days
- (Example) Observatory ticket sales that do not require date specification
- Although no date was separately set, a reservation was created on April 10th
- Travel completion criteria: May 10th
- Since no separate date information was entered for the products, options, and inventory being sold, usage completion processing proceeds based on 30 days.
- If the system completion criteria time is exceeded even though usage has not yet occurred after purchase, it will be displayed to travelers as travel completed status and inquiries may be received. Therefore, please be sure to include validity period related information in the inclusions/exclusions/essential notices where product information is entered.
- After 30 days, it automatically becomes subject to settlement, but if actual usage is confirmed within 30 days after purchase but has not yet changed to travel completed status, it will not be included in settlement targets. In this case, you can directly change the status in Partner > Reservation List, so please change the status for products that need status changes before settlement.
- Although not yet provided, we plan to provide features in the future such as directly registering vouchers or setting validity periods for each option so that accurate validity period information for products can be provided.
