Account Activity Break/Resume
Are you in a situation where it's difficult to operate all your products? If you want to maintain your partner account while temporarily deactivating your account, please switch your account to break status. You can directly switch to break status.
* For individual product management and operation, please contact us through a separate channel.
* Account break is not possible if you have products on sale or pending reservations or settlement cases.
How to Take an Account Break
1. Go to Partner Page >> Account Management >> Account Basic Information page.
2. Click the 'Apply for Break' button at the bottom to proceed with the break. Please read the instructions carefully!
3. During account break, you can only access 'Account Management'.
Resume Account Activity
Do you want to operate products on MyRealTrip again?
Please resume account activity following the method below!
1. Go to Partner Page >> Account Management >> Account Basic Information page.
2. Click the 'End Break' button at the bottom to proceed with resuming activity. Please read the instructions carefully!
3. When you resume activity, you can edit and operate products again.
