[MyRealTrip] Co-manager (Sub-account) Feature Guide

This is MyRealTrip.

You can use the co-manager (sub-account) feature on the partner page.
This feature allows for task distribution among team members and integrated management of multiple accounts, so please check the guide below.

What is a Co-manager (Sub-account)?

A co-manager account is a feature that allows you to create additional operator accounts besides the main account, or to integrate and operate other main accounts.
By utilizing co-manager accounts, you can distribute and manage tasks among team members, or consolidate N number of accounts that were operated separately into one unified management system.

Separate Login Available

Co-managers have separate login permissions, and each co-manager account can perform roles such as booking/product/message management.

Multiple Account Integration Management Available

You can easily manage multiple partner accounts such as A, B, etc. that were managed separately, from a single account.
If account A adds account B as a co-manager, the owner of account B can manage both A and B accounts.
For account A to also manage account B, account B must add account A as a co-manager.

Permission Related

Currently, co-manager accounts are set with the same permissions as the main account.

[New Account] How to Add a Co-manager

When adding a new account as a co-manager, please follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Partner page login → Partner permission management → Add operation manager

Step 2. Enter operator email → Complete addition → Click Add operation manager

Step 3. Invited operator checks email → Click 'Create operation manager account'

Step 4. Account registration (enter information) → Confirm and complete terms agreement

Step 5. Start utilizing booking, product management and other features on the partner page

[Existing Main Account] How to Add a Co-manager

When adding an operator who already has a partner account as a co-manager, please follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Partner page login → Partner permission management → Add operation manager

Step 2. Enter operator email → Complete addition → Click Add operation manager

Step 3. Invited operator checks email → Click 'Login' (Since there is an existing account, the separate registration process can be skipped.)

Step 4. After logging in with the invited account, easily switch between main account and co-manager account through the account switching menu for integrated management of bookings, products, messages, etc.

Q. Can I delete a co-manager account?

Yes, deletion is possible.
You can proceed through Partner page → Partner permission management → Delete menu.

Q. How can I change the permissions of a co-manager account?

Currently, co-manager accounts can only be used with the same permissions as the main account.
We plan to provide a feature that allows separate permission control in the future.

Q. How many co-manager accounts can I add?
