[How to Use Custom Travel Proposals]
- When you need to create a booking with conditions different from the product options on sale
- When an exceptional booking is needed in situations where payment is impossible on the product page due to booking deadline
* The custom travel function is the same as the former 'quote' function.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip โ Access Partner Page
2) Select [Messages] menu > Select chat window
3) Click 'Propose Custom Travel' at the top right of the chat window
4) In the custom travel proposal creation window, please carefully check and fill out the basic information, course information, guidelines, etc. If there are any changes from the existing product for the traveler, please guide them well.
* You can create a proposal with the same content as the existing product by using the 'Keep existing content' checkbox.
After writing, click the 'Next' button to send the proposal.
5) If there is a message to send with the proposal, please enter it. After final confirmation, click the 'Send Proposal' button to send the proposal.
6) Once sent, a proposal that allows direct payment will be sent to the traveler.
7) Quote booking confirmation and modification are available in the Partner Page >> Bookings - ToursโTickets >> Custom Travel Consultation menu. After payment, once the booking is confirmed, it can be checked in the 'Booking List'.
[How to Modify Custom Travel Proposals]
While in payment pending status, partners can modify the quote.
Travelers can also proceed with quote cancellation and modification requests.

Q. Are there any specific conditions for creating proposals?
A. Travelers must create a message chat room for custom travel proposal sending to be possible.
Q. Is there a time limit for custom travel proposal payment?
A. Travelers must proceed with payment or modification requests within 24 hours. Consultation automatically ends after 24 hours.
Q. When can custom travel proposals be used?
A. You can freely use it when price adjustment is needed due to partial course changes within the product, when booking for a number of people that cannot be selected as an option within the product is needed, or when partial adjustment of other product content is necessary. However, using the custom travel function for content unrelated to the product or significantly different may be subject to sanctions.
Q. How do travelers proceed with proposal modifications?
A. If travelers wish to make additional content modifications, please guide them to send modification requests through the My Travel > Custom Travel Consultation tab > 'Request Modification' button in the Custom Travel detail page.
Q. What should you do when travelers cannot see the proposal?
A. For mobile apps, custom travel proposals may not be visible depending on the version. Please guide travelers to update their app, and if it's still not visible, please contact the MyRealTrip Partner channel.
