MyRealTrip's new partner page has been opened.
Partners who received related notification messages are being transitioned sequentially, and partners who have completed the transition can use the new reservation menu and settlement menu.
*We recommend checking the new partner page on PC.
What's different about the new partner page?
1. Please proceed with [Partner Login] when logging in.

2. Select each item from the left menu to navigate to the existing partner page. (Until detailed menus open)
How do I use the menu on the new partner page?
1. Menu Access
โ For reservation, product, and settlement management, click each item in the left menu and select TourยทTickets.
2. Reservations
- Reservation numbers created when the old page was applied TQ00000000
- Reservation numbers created after the new page was applied TNA-000000-00000
โป Reservations starting with TQ can only be checked on the (old) partner page, and reservations starting with TNA can only be checked on the new partner page. Until all reservations created on the (old) partner page are fulfilled, we ask for your understanding that you need to check reservations belonging to each partner page separately.
โ You can check today's unconfirmed trips / scheduled trips / cancellation requested trips respectively.
โก In the reservation calendar, you can check reservation status by date for all products, and you can also check reservation status by product through product filters.
โข Clicking on reservation status for a specific date allows you to proceed with reservation cancellation / reservation confirmation / usage confirmation, etc.
โฃ Clicking on a specific reservation in the reservation list allows you to check reservation details, receipts, and cancellation and refund policies.
3. Settlement
For reservations generated after transitioning to the new partner page, please check the [Settlement] -[Partner Settlement] tab. (* T&A Settlement = Old) Partner Settlement / Accommodation Settlement = Partner Settlement - tab names have been changed.)
โป Settlements for reservations generated on the (old) partner page can only be checked on that partner page. (Reservation numbers starting with TQ)
โ In sales status, you can check sales by period and product at a glance, and when clicking on items, you can also check detailed information at the bottom.
โก In settlement and remittance details, you can check settlement details aggregated on a weekly basis.
โป In the new partner page, settlements are automatically aggregated and processed on a weekly basis. If you wish to change the settlement cycle to bi-monthly settlement (15 days) or monthly settlement (1 month), please send a change request email to guide@myrealtrip.com.
โข When clicking on individual settlement items in settlement and remittance details, you can check detailed information such as sales amount, fees, discount amount, cancellation fees, traveler compensation, etc.
โฃ In tax invoices, you can check tax invoice issuance details and also download VAT reporting data.
