Are you unable to permanently receive bookings on MyRealTrip and want to withdraw your account?
Partner accounts can apply for withdrawal when there are no remaining bookings and settlements.
When you delete your account, the following measures will be taken.
- All information related to your partner account will be permanently deleted. However, if it needs to be preserved according to relevant laws, it will be retained until the period required by those laws.
- Account recovery is not possible after account withdrawal. To use MyRealTrip or operate as a partner, you must register as a member again and complete partner registration.
How to Request Account Withdrawal
1. Please go to Partner Page >> Account Management >> Account Basic Information page.
2. Click the 'Withdraw Account' button at the bottom to proceed with withdrawal. Please read the instructions carefully!
