Q1. What qualifications do I need to become a partner?
A1. [Domestic Partners] Not only partners who are already selling travel services, but also Korean nationals residing in the region where travel services will be provided can register even without sales experience. (However, some product categories may require separate qualifications.) If you wish to register as a corporate partner, a valid business registration certificate is required.
[International Partners] You must reside in the city where tours will be conducted for at least 1 year (varies by category), and only those who possess documents proving legal residence status (e.g., residence permit, permanent residence, etc.) can work as guides. If you wish to register as a corporate partner, a valid domestic or international business registration certificate is required.
Q2. What products can I sell?
A2. On MyRealTrip, you can register tour-type products such as tours, activities, snap photography, and classes, as well as ticket-type products like admission tickets, dining vouchers, spa/healing vouchers, transportation/mobility services, and rentals.
If you're curious whether the product you want to register is sellable, visit MyRealTrip and search for your destination (city) or product keywords in the search bar to check the products currently being sold!
Q3. What is the service fee?
A3. MyRealTrip applies a certain commission rate to the product selling price and charges a service fee for each reservation.
Commission rates vary by category. Tours, activities, classes, snap photography, transportation/mobility services, and spa/healing categories are 20%, while admission tickets, dining, and rentals are 10%.
The service fee includes not only platform usage fees but also card fees, value-added tax, PG company fees, and marketing costs, and we do not charge any separate costs such as listing fees other than the service fee.
