1) On MyRealTrip, click [Partner Login].

2) Click [Partner Registration] or [Apply for Partner].
3) Create an account.
β Name/Corporate Name: Enter your name or accommodation name.
β‘ Email: Enter the email address to use for login.
β’ Password: Set a login password of 6 or more characters.
β£ Confirm Password: Enter the same password once more.
β€ Terms Agreement: Check the terms and agree.
β₯ [Next Step] Click the button.
4) Enter basic information.
β Partner Name: Enter your accommodation name.
β‘ Profile Photo: Upload a photo of your accommodation exterior or logo.
* Photos with phone numbers cannot be used.
β’ Background Image Upload (Optional): Upload a representative photo of your accommodation.
β£ Product Category: Select "Korean Guesthouse".
(Partners registering boutique accommodations should also select Korean Guesthouse)
β€ Brief Introduction: Introduce your accommodation and yourself. (Write at least 100 characters)
β₯ Contact Information: Please make sure to fill in the main contact information.
- If you have separate contacts for product/reservation, settlement, and CS staff,
please list them respectively.
- If they are the same as the main contact, select "Same as main contact" for each.

5) Submit partner type and supporting documents.
π Depending on whether you have a business registration certificate, you can register as either a corporate partner or individual partner.

If you have a business registration certificate, please register as a corporate partner.
β Sales Country: Select the country where your accommodation is located.
β‘ Business Type: Check "Yes, I have it".
- If you don't have a business registration certificate, please check section 2 (individual partner) below.
β’ Business Registration Certificate Type Selection: Depending on the type of business you have,
select from "Individual Business", "Corporate Business", or "Overseas Business".
β£ Business Registration Certificate Submission: Upload a copy of your business registration certificate.
β€ Residence Proof Submission: If you are overseas, please upload residence proof.
- If you are operating in Korea, you can skip this.
β₯ Business Registration Number: Check your business registration certificate and enter it accurately.
- For overseas businesses, enter the business registration number, business name, and representative name.

If you don't have a business registration certificate, please register as an individual partner.

- If you have a business registration certificate, please check section 1 (corporate partner) above.
β’ ID Submission: Upload a copy of your ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport).
- Please mask personal numbers like resident registration number, driver's license number, passport number before uploading.
- For future settlement, the name on the ID and account holder must be the same, so
please keep this in mind when uploading your ID

6) Enter settlement information.
π¨ Must-read before registering settlement account
1) Settlement account is registered only once initially, and future settlements will proceed automatically.
2) The registered account information, bank account copy, and the name on the ID or business registration certificate submitted during partner registration must all match. Accounts not under the representative's name cannot be settled.
3) The account holder name must include the exact account holder name including symbols and spaces, and the account number should only contain numbers. If errors continue to occur, please contact the person in charge.
π’ MyRealTrip accommodation products have a commission fee of 10%.
β Settlement Currency: Select the same currency as your settlement account.
β‘ Settlement Cycle: Choose between weekly settlement and monthly settlement for your settlement cycle.
β’ Settlement Account - Country: Select the country of your settlement account bank.
β£ Account Information and Account Holder Verification: Enter bank name, account number, and account holder, then
click "Verify Account".
- The account holder must be the same as the partner on the ID,
and for corporate partners, it must match the representative or corporate name (business name) on the business registration certificate.
