Description

1️⃣ Calendar Area

• Period: Displays up to D+7 days.

  • When a date is selected, a calendar is displayed allowing you to change in weekly units.

2️⃣ View in KRW

• If you set prices in foreign currency (dollars, yen, etc.), clicking the 'View in KRW' button shows how much it is in Korean won. (Woori Bank's first announced exchange rate from the previous day applies.)

• When the button is activated, KRW is also displayed as shown in the image below.

  

3️⃣ Room/Option Selection Area

• Displayed in room / option order.

• You can select the room/option you want to modify.

4️⃣ Sales Status

• If you don't want to sell rooms on specific dates

  • ✅ mark = Selling (customers can make reservations)

  • ❌ mark = Not selling (customers cannot make reservations)

5️⃣ Inventory Management

• Registered Inventory: Total number of rooms available for booking (editable)

• Used Inventory: Number of rooms already confirmed (non-editable)

• Reserved Inventory: Rooms customers are currently paying for

  • Inventory is reserved for up to 20 minutes from when a customer initiates payment.

  • If payment window is closed due to error, inventory remains reserved for 20 minutes > then reserved inventory is released

• Remaining Inventory: Number of rooms available for booking now. (Registered Inventory - Used Inventory - Reserved Inventory)

6️⃣ Option Management

• Cut-off setting status is displayed next to the option name.

• Option Switch: You can set the sales status for each option.

  • On: Selling (visible to customers)

  • Off: Not selling (not visible to customers)

• Price Area

Price Type	Description
Base Rate	Price when staying up to standard occupancy (e.g., 2 people 50,000 won)
Single Rate	Price when staying alone (must be lower than the base rate) Displayed when base rate is for 2 or more people Applied price for single occupancy
Extra Adult Rate	Additional charge per adult when more adults come
Extra Child Rate	Additional charge per child when more children come Different rates can be set by age. Based on the children's policy and maximum number of children registered at the property, it displays as "{n}th additional {child category} rate (1 person) (ages n~m)" and you can enter separate rates for each. (Example) 1st additional infant rate: 0 $ 1st additional child rate: 20 $ 2nd additional child rate: 20$

• CTA: Check-in not allowed on this date / CTD: Check-out not allowed on this date
