What are additional option fees?

Additional services that travelers can choose outside of accommodation fees. For example,

• Breakfast - 10,000 won per person

• Airport pickup - 30,000 won per trip

• BBQ set - 50,000 won per set

• Late checkout - 50% of accommodation fee

💡 Why is this needed?

• Providing additional options makes guests comfortable and helps accommodations increase revenue

How to create additional options?

• Clicking the Manage Additional Options button will take you to the product information editing screen.

• You can add new options on the product information editing screen.

  • Step 1: Click Manage Additional Options button

  • Step 2: Go to Additional Options Information tab

  • Step 3: Click Add New Option button

  • Step 4: Enter option name, price, and pricing method

• When clicked, it moves to Product Information Edit > Additional Options Information section.

  

2️⃣ Bulk Price Modification

• Date Selection

  • You can select multiple dates as desired.

    • ✓ Example: December 24th, December 25th, December 31st, January 1st

• Period Selection

  • You can set start and end dates and select only specific days of the week.

    • ✓ Example: Only Saturdays and Sundays from December 1st to December 31st

💡If you leave it blank, the original price will be maintained. Only enter what you want to change!

Understanding Fee Calculation Methods

• Additional option fees can be calculated in 4 different ways. Choose according to your service type!

• 💡Important

  • The same accommodation commission applies to additional option fees.

  • Additional option sales amount * commission policy = settled amount after deduction.

• 1. Per Night Fee

  • 📌 When to use?

    • Used for services needed daily. (e.g., breakfast, pet accommodation)

  • Calculation Method

    • Per night fee × number of nights × quantity

    • (Example) Breakfast 10,000 won per person, 2 people for 3 nights, 2 breakfasts selected

      • Fee: 10,000 won × 3 nights × 2 = 60,000 won

• 2. One-time (Check-in)

  • 📌 When to use?

    • Used for services provided only once. (e.g., airport pickup, BBQ set)

  • Calculation Method

    • Fixed amount × quantity (regardless of number of nights)

    • (Example) Airport pickup 30,000 won, 5-night stay, 1 pickup selected

      • Fee: 30,000 won × 1 = 30,000 won (only once even for 5 nights)
