How to Suspend or Withdraw
π Go to Account Basic Information
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Account Management] menu β [Account Basic Information]
3) Click [Apply for Dormancy] or [Withdraw Account] at the bottom
π‘ Difference between Dormancy and Withdrawal
- Dormancy : Your partner account is maintained (information preserved), but you cannot engage in partner activities (product sales) during the dormancy period. You can resume activities anytime you want.
- Withdrawal : Your partner account and the information stored in the account will be deleted. If you want to resume activities, you will need to register as a partner again from the beginning.

1. Please make sure to check if there are any scheduled reservations and settlements remaining.
2. If it's difficult to fulfill scheduled reservations, please proceed with reservation cancellation.
