As tour ticket products continue to increase, we are launching a new feature to effectively deliver information to more travelers.
What is Product Attribute Information?
To help travelers who had to enter product detail pages to check all information during the product browsing process, we have added attribute information to make it easier for them to find the products they want.
- This is a new feature provided so that after searching for "city name", travelers can easily find desired products by displaying attribute information along with the product list since there are many products.
- As shown in the image below, attribute information will be displayed at the bottom along with the existing images and titles that were shown in the product list.
- Attribute information will not only be displayed in filters, but we've also added a feature that allows you to use filters immediately when you select desired attributes from the product list.

This is currently only visible to some users.
- This information is only displayed in the latest versions of mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- To explore ways to effectively deliver information to more travelers, it will initially be displayed only to some travelers. We plan to further enhance this feature and expand its application to all travelers later, so please keep this in mind.
You can select attribute information that matches the product category you sell.
- We plan to provide a feature that allows you to directly register attribute information, similar to how you directly register/manage product information, but it's still being prepared.
- A link will be displayed at the bottom of the [Product Information Registration] page as shown in the image below. After accessing the link and providing the desired product attribute information, it will be updated within 3 days.
- There will be no separate notification after the modifications are reflected, but you can check it on the traveler screen the next day.

Q. When will product attribute information be displayed?
- As of December 19th, it is being displayed only to some travelers in the latest versions of mobile apps (iOS/Android). We plan to enhance the feature and prepare partner functionality while expanding application to all travelers.
Q. Where can I modify product attribute information?
- As guided above, an attribute information input link is provided on the [Product Information Registration] page when partners register/modify products. Information provided through that link will be reflected the next day.
Q. We plan to provide a feature that allows direct modification by February. We will provide separate notice once detailed schedule is determined.
- *If you are modifying incorrectly registered attribute information, please send the information through the update request link in the same way. It will be changed within 3 days, same as registration/modification requests.
Q. Why can't some of the attribute information be directly modified?
- The information below is automatically displayed based on the product information you previously entered. If there is incorrectly entered information in existing products, please modify it.
- (Example) If it's a tour product without duration information entered, duration attribute information will not be displayed.
