Hello, Partner
This is MyRealTrip.
To further enhance your reservation management convenience, we have improved the recent reservation history function within 'Contact Us'.
This update is expected to make reservation confirmation and management even more convenient.
Implementation Date
This update is immediately reflected from January 8th, and can be confirmed when using the Contact Us message function.
Key Improvements
β Improved reservation number sorting method within Contact Us
| Category |
Details |
| Previous Method |
- Reservation numbers were displayed in chronological order without being grouped by order number, making it difficult for partners with many reservations to search for specific orders.
|
| Updated Method |
- We improved the system so that reservation numbers are grouped by order number.
- You can now view all reservation numbers included in the same order number at a glance, making reservation history search and management much more convenient.
|

β» Important Notice
- Reservation history from before December 2024 requires migration work to be grouped by order number.
- This means when viewing past reservation history, the message 'Linking order numbers' will be displayed for approximately 3-4 seconds, and once the work is completed, it will be displayed grouped by order number.
Through this update, when responding to Contact Us messages, you can easily check reservations grouped by order number to communicate with travelers.
We also expect you will be able to manage orders containing multiple reservations more systematically, so we kindly ask you to make good use of this feature.
If you have any inquiries or areas that need improvement regarding this update, please contact us at guide@myrealtrip.com or through our chat service.
Thank you.
