1οΈβ£Product Registration Process
1) Complete partner login and registration
2) Register product information on [Partner Page]
3) Submit product
4) Product review by review team β Sales approval
5) Partner presses start sales button
6) Product sales begin!
- At every step, you must press the [Save] button at the bottom of the page to save the information.
- If a popup saying "The content you entered has not been saved. Do you want to move tabs?" appears even though you saved, please click [Move].
- Also, after setting up reservation information in the final step, you must submit the product for product review to begin!

If you have saved the information you've written so far, click <Exit at the top left.
You can complete registration later by returning and clicking the [Edit Product] button.
2οΈβ£What information is needed for product registration?
1) Category/Country/City
Cannot be changed after sales start, so please check if correctly selected!
2) Title
For accurate search result exposure and consistency within categories, product titles are managed in the following format. Product titles that differ from the format may be modified by administrators.
- Domestic products: Accommodation name
- Overseas products: Accommodation name
3) Description
π¨ Currently accommodation descriptions are not being saved. Please be sure to save separately and paste again!
- This is where you introduce the unique charm of this accommodation to travelers!
- Please write about the accommodation's available room types, provided services, facilities, nearby convenience facilities and tourist attractions.

4) Photos
- Please upload attractive room photos / exterior photos / common facility photos of the accommodation!
- Additional photos for each room can be uploaded in the room information section.

5) Location
Location (Address)
- You must click on the search results that appear when entering the address for it to be reflected on the Google map below.
- If search results don't appear, try entering the address excluding detailed address.
- Please write the detailed address again in the "Location Description" section below.
Location Summary
- Location summary is displayed below the product title.
- Please write the geographical features of the accommodation and an attractive one-line introduction for travelers.
- ex. 2-story detached house 10 minutes by car from Seongsan Ilchulbong / Detached house with spacious garden where beloved pets are welcome
Location Photos
- Please register exterior photos of the accommodation so travelers can find it easily.
- Will be revealed to travelers after reservation is confirmed.
- If you want to delete, please click the trash can icon to delete.
Location Description
- Please describe in detail how to find the accommodation.
- ex. How to get here from Jeju Airport
6) Facilities and Services
- In [Facilities and Services], you can list meals, free services, and common facilities.
- Information that couldn't be fully listed here or more detailed guidance should be written in [Usage Information and Currency] usage rules!
- Price currency cannot be modified.
- If you want to modify the price currency, please click the speech bubble π¬ at the bottom left to consult with a representative.
7) Usage Information and Currency
- In [Usage Information and Currency], you can enter check-in/check-out, children accommodation allowance, usage rules, and price currency.

- Currency is an item that cannot be modified after sales start.
- Children Accommodation Allowance Please check whether children accommodation is possible.
- If children additional person fees differ from adults, please be sure to check the "children age criteria".

Usage Rules For items from [Facilities and Services] that need more detailed guidance, please refer to the examples below and use the accommodation description section.
- For smooth reservation fulfillment, it's recommended to list all precautions or usage rules when using the accommodation.
- Personal contact information or addresses of other sites where reservations can be made (including blogs and Instagram) cannot be listed.
- If discovered, it will be considered external transaction and penalties may apply.
- After reservation confirmation, partner and traveler contact information will be shared with each other, so please keep this in mind.
8) Rooms
- Click the [Add Room] button to start room registration!
- Do you have multiple rooms with identical conditions?
Since room inventory management is currently not supported, you need to register each room with identical conditions separately.- If you have rooms with identical conditions, use the [Copy] button of existing rooms to register rooms more quickly!
- π¨ Even if you copy as identical rooms, the system recognizes them as different rooms and they don't link to each other. You'll need to edit and manage each separately for future modifications or reservation management.
Room Name
- Please enter the room name. However, for dormitories, please follow the format n-person gender dormitory.
ex. 4-person female dormitory
Room Type
- Select room type according to standard occupancy, and enter standard and maximum occupancy.
ex. Room for 2 people standard, maximum 3 people > Select "2-person room"
ex. Not a detached house, but room for 3 or more people > Select "3+ person family room"
ex. Detached house > Select "Entire house"
Base Price / Additional Person Price
- Enter the price applied to standard occupancy.
- Price is per night.
- If children accommodation is possible in this room, click "Children Accommodation Allowance".
- If there's no "Children Accommodation Allowance" checkbox, you need to return to the [Usage Information and Currency] area and select "Children Accommodation Allowance" as "Yes".
- If adult and children additional person prices are the same, enter the same price; if different, enter different additional person prices.
- If children additional person price differs from adults, you must check the age criteria for children rates. Age criteria can be set in [Usage Information and Currency].

π¨ Room type / Standard occupancy / Maximum occupancy / Children accommodation allowance settings cannot be modified after saving the room, so please enter carefully.
When re-registering rooms, reservations for existing rooms can only be checked in reservation history and cannot be checked in the reservation calendar. Please be sure to block reservations after re-registering rooms.
Before re-registering, please check the following!
1) Before deleting existing rooms, save room information & photos
2) Add room (option)
3) Set room prices for newly registered rooms in price management
4) Reflect reservation status in reservation management
5) After completing above steps, delete existing room (option)
9) Reservation Information Settings
Instant Booking
- Select "Yes" if you want to confirm reservations immediately upon traveler booking without separate approval.
- Select "No" if you want to check each reservation and proceed with confirmation/cancellation.
Booking Preparation Time
- Booking preparation time means the time you need to prepare to receive travelers. For example, if you set booking preparation time to "36 hours", travelers can only make reservations until 36 hours before.

Booking Available Time
- Booking available time means how far in advance you want to keep reservations open! For example, if you set it to "up to 3 months later", you'll only receive reservations for the next 3 months.

Additional Booking Information
- When reservations are confirmed, traveler name, email, and mobile phone number are provided by default.
- If you need additional information beyond this, please select it!

10) Product Notice Registration
- Register content you especially want to emphasize to travelers in the notices!
- You can write about special events, paid/free services, etc. that are only available at your accommodation.

- Notice title - 'Registration Number'

3οΈβ£ Under Review / Start Sales
- During review, the status shows as [Under Review] and the start sales button is not displayed.
- When review is complete, it shows as [Sales Pending] and the start sales button appears.
- After final product confirmation, click the [Start Sales] button yourself to begin sales.
