[Product] Korean Guesthouse 'Reservation Block/Unblock' Feature Guide

This document provides images and explanations to help you understand the screen and functionality as the reservation blocking feature has been reopened in the Korean Guesthouse new system.
With the new system's reservation blocking/unblocking feature, you can more easily manage sales inventory according to reservation situations on other platforms.
*The reopened reservation blocking/unblocking feature can be directly accessed from the partner page after Tuesday, December 9th.

The reservation blocking/unblocking buttons areonly displayed for Korean Guesthouse / Domestic Guesthouse products.
1. Reservation Blocking Feature
βWhat is [Reservation Blocking]?
Reservation blocking is a feature to set the unavailable quantity for specific rooms/dates. It can be used to restrict sales on MyRealTrip for dates that already have reservations on other platforms.
2. Enter Blocking Period / Room / Inventory / Reason
Period Setting
The blocking period is entered in block start date ~ end date format.
The selected end date is also included in the block.
Example)
Select 25.11.01 ~ 11.02 β Both 11/01, 11/02 are blocked
Room Selection
Select a single room from the entire room list of the accommodation.
Enter Inventory to Block
There are 2 methods: [Direct Input] and [Block All Remaining Inventory].
Direct Input
Block All Remaining Inventory
Directly enter the quantity to block.
0 cannot be entered, and when saved as 0, it will be automatically converted to 1.
Dates with insufficient inventory will only be blocked 'up to remaining inventory', and inventory quantity will not go negative (-).
If there is even one date where the input value is greater than remaining inventory during the selected period, a warning popup will be displayed.
Regardless of the number of remaining people, blocks all available inventory for the selected period.
Enter Blocking Reason
Blocking reason is optional, and you can choose one of two options to enter.
Both items have no character limit.
Other Site Reservation
You must enter the other site name.
Other Reason
3. Save
Once saved, inventory will be blocked by the entered quantity for all selected dates, and those dates will be displayed with gray shading in the reservation calendar.
2. Reservation Block Release Feature
β What is [Reservation Block Release]?
Block release is a feature that reduces set blocked inventory to make it available for sale again. It is used to restore MyRealTrip sales inventory when reservations on other platforms are canceled/released.
2. Enter Block Release Period / Room / Inventory / Reason
Release Period Setting
Enter in block release start date ~ end date format.
The selected end date is also included in the block release.
Room Selection
Select a single room from the entire room list of the accommodation.
Enter Inventory to Release
There are 2 methods: [Direct Input] and [Release All Blocked Inventory].

Release All Blocked Inventory
Directly enter the quantity to release from block.
0 cannot be entered, and when saved as 0, it will be automatically converted to 1.
Batch releases all blocked inventory to 0 that exists in the selected period.
β To release reservation block for only one specific date..
When you select a blocked date (gray shaded) in the reservation calendar, a block detail summary is displayed, and from that screen you can release only one date using the [Reservation Block Release] button.
β Check Blocked Inventory
A blocked inventory column has been added where you can check blocked inventory quantities.

Only displayed for guesthouse products.
On this page, you can only view blocked inventory; inventory modification is not possible.
