Currently, it is not possible to apply cancellation and refund policies by product/room option.
Long-term policies can only be applied when operating long-term accommodations only.

[Domestic Accommodation] - Short-term

[Domestic only] For this product, separate refund fees apply according to Article 5 of the domestic travel terms and conditions.

· Cancellation 10 days before check-in: Full refund

· Cancellation 9-6 days before check-in: 30% cancellation fee

· Cancellation 5-2 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee

· Cancellation 1 day-same day & no-show: Non-refundable

After using the accommodation, you cannot claim compensation based on the accommodation's facilities or services.
MyRealTrip does not bear compensation obligations for injuries, illnesses, or property losses that occur while using the accommodation.
If a different room than the one reserved by the customer is provided by the accommodation, and the customer uses the room provided by the accommodation or accepts other compensation offered by the accommodation, MyRealTrip does not bear separate compensation obligations.
