You can confirm/cancel reservations directly on mobile.
1) Tap the three-line button on the top left
2) Tap [Reservations] menu → [Property]
3) Select the desired property name
4) Tap each reservation in the reservation list
5) Tap the reservation confirm/cancel button
2️⃣ Reservation Blocking/Release
If there are dates when reservations are not possible due to booking deadline, internal construction, etc., please block reservations in advance!
1) Tap [Reservations] → [Property]
2) Tap and select property name
3) Tap [Reservation Calendar]
4) Tap [Reservation Block Setting and Release] → Enter dates, rooms, and the number of inventory you want to block/release
💡 Tip!
- Click the selected date again to deselect
- When blocking reservations, select from check-in date to check-out date, not the number of nights
(Example: Select October 25, 2024 - October 26, 2024 → Block 1 night)
- You can block all remaining inventory that remains vacant within the selected dates
- You can enter reservation information from other sites
- You can release reservation blocks by tapping blocked dates in the calendar
3️⃣ Messages
You can check and respond to traveler inquiries.
Quick responses to inquiries increase the likelihood of receiving reservation bookings!
1) Communicate with travelers from reservation details
1) Tap the related reservation in [Reservation List]
2) Tap [Chat Room] at the bottom and communicate with travelers
2) Check recent messages and respond
1) Tap the three-line button on the top left
2) Tap [Messages] menu
3) Tap the message to respond to
4) Respond to the traveler

Q. In the mobile app, the product/review/settlement categories show "In preparation".
My products are selling normally, so why does it show as "In preparation"?
A. The "In preparation" shown on mobile is not "product preparation" but "system preparation".
Q. Can't I use features other than reservation management and messages on the mobile partner page?
A. Features other than reservation management and messages are currently under system preparation. We will work to make more mobile features available as quickly as possible. Currently, all features are available on PC Chrome browser, so please keep this in mind.
