How to Set Up Notification Contacts
π Go to Account Basic Information
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Account Management] β [Account Basic Information] from the left menu
3) Click [Edit] on the right side of the contact information section at the bottom
4) In the main contact, product/reservation manager contact, settlement manager contact, and CS manager contact sections,
enter each contact information and set up notifications, then
5) Click [Save]
π‘ The main contact always receives KakaoTalk notifications and email notifications.
