How to Check Reservation Status
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) [Reservations] menu β Click accommodation name
3) Click [Reservation List] or [Reservation Calendar]

1. Reservation Calendar
In the reservation calendar, you can check reservation status in calendar format!
The period is displayed in 2-week units, and you can change the period by clicking the period area at the top.
You can also select and view only the rooms you want.
2. Reservation List
In the reservation list, you can check reservation status in list format.
You can apply search filters to reservations to see the reservations you need to check at a glance!

β€ Traveler name / Reservation ID / Last 4 digits of phone number

The reservation list displayed upon initial access is as follows.
(Based on October 25, 2024) 6 months prior to the inquiry date ~ today + 1
Therefore, if reservation records are not found, please click the calendar button in the period to delete the fixed period and check again.

A. After accessing the MyRealTrip Partner app on mobile, [Reservation Calendar] is displayed in calendar format, but you can only check blocking status.
