1οΈβ£ Booking Confirmation
When a traveler submits a booking, it will appear to you as [Pending Confirmation] status.
You must click [Confirm Booking] for the booking to be processed properly.
π‘ Before confirming the booking, please carefully check the booking details! (date/number of guests/room type, etc.)
π‘ You can check the booking details by clicking the Booking ID.

1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Bookings] β [Accommodation Bookings] menu and click on accommodation name
3) Click [Confirm Booking] on the right side of the booking β Booking confirmed!
π‘ If you want to check detailed information about a booking, click the blue Booking ID on the left.
π‘ On the detail page, you can either [Confirm Booking] or [Cancel Booking].
π’ Please be aware.
- If you don't confirm the booking within 24 hours after booking creation,
the booking will be automatically canceled.
- Also, if your response is delayed,
the traveler may withdraw their booking, so please proceed promptly.

1) Check through MyRealTrip Partner app
1) Access [MyRealTrip Partner app] and log in with partner account
2) Tap the three-line button in the upper left corner
3) Click [Bookings] β [Accommodation Bookings] menu and click on accommodation name
4) Booking list β Tap the relevant booking
5) Tap the confirm/cancel booking button

2) Check through KakaoTalk notification
1) After booking is created, KakaoTalk notification β Select [Go to confirm booking]
2) Check booking details and select [Confirm Booking]
π‘ KakaoTalk notifications are sent to the phone number listed in 'KakaoTalk contact'.

π¨ When logging in, please make sure to log in with your partner account.
(If SNS like KakaoTalk is not linked to your partner account but you log in through SNS integration,
or if you log in with a different account, you won't be able to check the booking.
If you can't access the partner page or can't see bookings, please check your login account.)
2) Check booking details and select [Confirm Booking]
2οΈβ£ Booking Cancellation
For booking cancellation, please check the cancellation method depending on before/after booking confirmation.
For booking modifications, please submit through customer service or channel talk.
π¨ Before canceling a booking, please make sure to inform the traveler of the reason via message.
The cancellation reason you provide will not be disclosed to the traveler.

After canceling the booking, please provide kind guidance so that the traveler can revisit in the future!
How to cancel before booking confirmation
1) Log in to MyRealTrip β Access [Korean Homestay Partner Page]
2) Click [Bookings] β [Accommodation] menu and click on accommodation name
3) In [Booking List], click [Cancel Booking] at the right end of the pending confirmation booking row β Cancel booking
4) Click booking ID in [Booking List] or [Booking Calendar]
5) Click [Cancel Booking] in the upper right of the booking detail page β Cancel booking
[2] Cancellation after confirmation
Booking cancellation is also possible in confirmed status.
However, before canceling the booking, please make sure to inform the traveler of the reason via in-app message.
Depending on the timing of cancellation, refund fees and compensation costs may occur.
How to cancel after booking confirmation
1) Log in to MyRealTrip β Access [Korean Homestay Partner Page]
2) Click [Bookings] β [Accommodation] menu and click on accommodation name
3) In [Booking List], click [Cancel Booking] at the right end of the confirmed booking row β Cancel confirmed booking
4) Click booking ID in [Booking List] or [Booking Calendar]
5) Click [Cancel Booking] in the upper right of the booking detail page β Cancel confirmed booking
π¨ When canceling confirmed bookings close to travel dates, fees or compensation may be incurred according to cancellation/refund policies.
[3] Schedule update after booking cancellation
Please update your calendar so that no more bookings occur on the canceled dates.
This prevents double bookings and enables efficient accommodation management.
How to update calendar after booking cancellation
1) Click [Cancel Booking] from [Booking List] or booking detail page β Cancel pending/confirmed booking
2) After booking cancellation, click [Go to Calendar] at the bottom of the screen β Go directly to booking calendar
3) In booking calendar, select unavailable dates and block bookings (View calendar usage guide)

When a booking is submitted, a KakaoTalk notification is sent and you can confirm the booking directly from your phone.

Q. How can I check traveler contact information?
A. To check traveler contact information, go to [Booking Information] on the booking detail page and click the "View Information" button.
However, due to privacy protection when viewing traveler information, you need to enter your login password again.
If you logged in using social media integration like KakaoTalk or Naver, please reset your password in profile management first,
then use the set password to view traveler contact information.
