The conversation list configuration is being changed.
1. Filter: Booking Status
ยท Filter based on the booking status values of the traveler in that conversation room
2. Filter: Inquiry Status
ยท Filter based on the inquiry status values of that conversation room set by the partner
3. Filter: Label
ยท Filter based on the color label values of that conversation room set by the partner
4. Apply
ยท After setting the conversation room filters you want to check, apply them through the apply button
5. Profile Image & 8. Profile Name
ยท Profile image and profile name set by the traveler
6. Booking Status Value
ยท Booking status value of the traveler in the conversation room: not displayed if there is no booking
ยท If multiple bookings are made, displayed in the order of pending confirmation > booking confirmed > booking cancelled
7. Inquiry Status Value
ยท Inquiry status value of the conversation room set by the partner
8. Color Labeling
ยท Color labeling value of the conversation room set by the partner
10. Product Name
ยท Display the product name inquired about by the traveler
11. Last Message Time
ยท Time of the most recent last message sent in the conversation room
12. Pin
ยท Conversation room that the partner wants to pin at the top arbitrarily
13. Recent Message
ยท Most recent message that occurred in the conversation room
14. Number of Unread Messages
ยท Number of messages not yet read in that conversation room
The conversation room configuration is being changed.

ยท Booking status value of the traveler in the conversation room: not displayed if there is no booking

2. Traveler Name
ยท Profile name set by the traveler in the conversation room
3. Inquiry Status Value
ยท Inquiry status value of the conversation room set by the partner
4. Label
ยท Color label value of the conversation room set by the partner
5. Suggest Custom Travel
ยท Navigate to the existing quotation function
6. Menu Page
ยท Report and block the other party
ยท If you block the other party, message communication becomes impossible, so please use it carefully.
7. Recent Booking History
ยท Booking history made by the traveler in that conversation room
8. Product Name
ยท Display the product name inquired about by the traveler
9. Attachments
ยท Use when you want to send attachments to travelers
A new conversation list filtering feature is being applied.
1. Applicable Filter Types
ยท (1) Booking Status: Based on all status values that the traveler has
ยท (2) Inquiry Status: Status values arbitrarily assigned by partners to manage conversation rooms
ยท (3) Color Label: Color label values arbitrarily assigned by partners to manage conversation rooms
2. Application Method
ยท After selecting individual filters, click the (4) Apply button to display only the filtered values on the screen.
3. Application Result
ยท Within individual filters, union is applied; between filters, intersection is applied
ยท โ Example1โ
- Select pending confirmation and booking confirmed in the booking status filter
- Select response required and awaiting reply in the inquiry status filter
- Color label value: Apply all
๐ Result: All values including pending confirmation, booking confirmed, response required, awaiting reply, and all labels are shown
โป Messages newly generated while filters are applied will not be displayed in the conversation list.
Please check new messages after removing filters.
(1) Filter: Booking Status Values
1. Booking Status Values
ยท Types: All booking statuses, pending confirmation, booking confirmed, booking cancelled, trip completed
ยท Booking status values can be selected multiple times, and individual clicks will deselect them.
2. Application Result
ยท Regardless of representative booking status value
ยท If even one booking within a conversation room has the corresponding status value, the filter is applied
โ Exampleโ
If conversation room A has both pending confirmation and booking confirmed, filtering by selecting only pending confirmation will still
display conversation room A. In other words, conversation rooms with specific values are all checked and
displayed when filters are set.
(2) Filter: Conversation Room Status Values
1. Setting Method
ยท You can set the status value of the conversation room by selecting the menu at the top of each conversation room.
ยท You can operate in a form that is convenient for management by designating conversation room status values.
2. Inquiry Status Values
ยท We assume the following usage, but partners can use them freely according to their needs.
1) Response Required: Designate when a response needs to be sent to the traveler
2) Awaiting Reply: Designate for conversation rooms where you have responded to the traveler and are waiting for the traveler's response
Send additional messages when traveler inquiries arrive or if no additional inquiries come
3) In Progress: Designate when you have received the traveler's request and need time to respond
4) Response Complete: Designate when you have completed responding to traveler inquiries, conversation rooms that don't need attention
However, if new messages are sent in response complete conversation rooms, the status value is reset
You can respond to new messages.
(3) Filter: Labeling
1. Setting Method
ยท You can set color labels for conversation rooms through the selection at the top of each conversation room.
2. Color Labels
ยท Basically, you can designate 6 different colors.
ยท The meaning assigned to colors can be used freely by each partner.

1) Red: Urgent matters
2) Orange: Matters handled by Manager A
3) Green: Imminent booking matters
