- The same message is automatically sent for the first inquiry or first reservation, regardless of whether the traveler makes a booking.

π Go to Account Basic Information
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Account Management] β [Account Basic Information] from the left menu
3) Click [Edit] on the right side of Basic Information
4) Edit the [Inquiry Default Response Message] section
5) Click [Save]
