You can check the reservation status and detailed reservation information for reservations submitted/confirmed/canceled through MyRealTrip in the [Reservations] >> [TourยทTicket Reservations] tab. This document guides you on how to check the status and detailed information of confirmed reservations.
TourยทTicket Reservations Tab Submenu Description
- In the [Dashboard] menu, you can check the overall reservation status. You can check unconfirmed trips, trips scheduled for today, and trips with cancellation requests for today. You can confirm or cancel trips.
- In the [Reservation Calendar] menu, you can check scheduled trips, completed trips, etc. You can check the calendar by product, and can also filter the calendar by reservation status.
- In the [Reservation List] menu, you can check the reservation list. You can sort by travel date and recent reservation order. Filtering by product and reservation status is also available.
Checking on PC
1) Access Partner Page (click) > Login
2) Select [TourยทTicket] menu from the left [Reservations] tab
3) Check [Dashboard] / [Reservation Calendar] / [Reservation List] menus
4) In [Reservation Calendar] / [Reservation List], you can check reservations separately by reservation status and product.
Checking on Mobile
1) Checking through KakaoTalk notification
1) KakaoTalk notification sent after reservation submission > Select [View Confirmed Reservation]
2) After login > Move directly to reservation details page
* The reservation list can be sorted and viewed through calendar selection, recent confirmation order, travel date order, by product, reservation status filters.
* By pressing the [Booker Information] >> [View Information] button in the reservation details page, you can check masked information.
2) Checking by accessing mobile web
1) Access Partner Page(click) > Login
2) Click the ไธ icon at the top left of the Partner page
3) Select [TourยทTicket Reservations] menu from the [Reservations] tab
4) Click on a reservation in [Reservation List] to move to the reservation details page
5) You can check the reservation progress status in the reservation details page.
6) You can also check reservation status in the [Dashboard] and [Reservation Calendar] tabs.
