This is not a system where reservations are automatically confirmed upon receipt. If reservation processing is possible for the travel date, please be sure to press the 'Confirm Reservation' button.

If reservation processing is not possible for the travel date, before confirming the reservation, please send a message to the traveler explaining the reason for cancellation and then press the 'Cancel' button directly. Cancellations before confirmation will be fully refunded, and it takes 2-5 business days to confirm payment refund details.

Before pressing the 'Confirm Reservation' button, travelers can cancel their reservations at any time. Please press the 'Confirm Reservation' button as soon as possible.
How to Confirm Reservations - โ Confirming on PC
1) Access Partner Page
2) Select [Reservations] >> [ToursยทTickets] menu
3) You can confirm reservations from all three detailed menus: [Dashboard] >> Unconfirmed Trips / [Reservation Calendar] / [Reservation List]. Please press the 'Confirm Reservation' button.
4) Clicking on a reservation in the [Reservation List] menu will take you to the reservation details page.
* You can check reservation-related information by pressing the 'View Information' button in [Reservation Information] at the bottom of the reservation details page.
* Traveler information can be viewed after reservation confirmation.
* You can click the 'Check Traveler Chat Room' button to go to the chat room and exchange messages with travelers.
* You can check conversation history with travelers by clicking the [Chat Room] button in the upper right of the reservation details page, or in 'Conversation with OOO'.

1) Access Partner App (Partner App Usage Manual)
2) Click the ไธ icon in the upper left of the partner page
3) Select [Reservations] >> [ToursยทTickets] menu
4) All reservations can be checked in [Dashboard] / [Reservation Calendar] / [Reservation List]
5) You can confirm reservations by pressing the 'Confirm Reservation' button.
6) Reservation confirmation is also possible from the reservation details page, where you can check the reservation status.

3) Log in to Partner Page
4) Click on reservation and go to reservation details page
5) Click 'Confirm Reservation' button
