For promotion registration, you can modify usage status, promotion type/name, applicable rooms/options, discount rate, reservation/stay available period, applicable days of the week, and exclusion dates.

1) Promotion Types
- Sales Discount: A promotion that applies discounts during specific sales periods and stay periods.
- Early Bird: A promotion that provides discounts to customers who make reservations at least 30 days before check-in.
- Last Minute: A promotion that can apply discounts to vacant rooms with approaching check-in dates.
- You can effectively manage rooms by reducing vacancy rates.
2) Promotion Name

The promotion name is displayed as the discount name on the room selection page.
- Please write it simply and clearly from a traveler's perspective.
- You can enter up to 10 characters. Please use intuitive wording that maximizes the appeal of the benefits.

3) Applicable Rooms/Options

You can individually apply promotions to specific rooms/options only.

If there is only 1 mapped room/option, the room name will not be displayed.

4) Discount Settings

You can set discounts by fixed amount (KRW) or percentage (%).
- When promotion periods overlap, the promotion with the highest discount rate is automatically displayed.
5) Reservation/Stay Available Period

You can set discount promotions to apply only during specific periods by selecting calendar dates.

Dates prior to the set reservation available start period cannot be selected.
6) Applicable Days of the Week
- If not set, it applies to all days of the week within the stay available period.

7) Exclusion Dates
- You can set specific periods within the stay period where you want to exclude promotions.
- Dates outside the set stay available period cannot be selected in the calendar.

Q. What happens if I delete a registered promotion when rooms are already reserved?
A. Promotions applied to room-option combinations with one or more pending reservations cannot be deleted. (The delete button is unavailable when the status is "In Use".)
