In accommodation information, you can edit all general basic information of the accommodation including accommodation name, sales status, check-in/check-out times, customer inquiry phone number, customer inquiry email, important accommodation information, amenities, parking and transportation information, accommodation photos, etc.
π¨ All information must be saved by clicking [Save] at the bottom of the page after editing for changes to take effect.
π¨ Information editing is not supported on the mobile app, please make sure to use PC Chrome browser.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
1) Accommodation Name
- Please enter the product name. (Maximum 20 characters)
2) Sales Status
- Please select whether to sell. If set to [Sales Stopped], all rooms will automatically be changed to sales stopped.
3) Accommodation Type / Star Rating / Address

If you need to change the accommodation type, star rating, or address, please select the appropriate option.
- When you enter an address, the postal code will be automatically registered.
4) Check-in / Check-out Time

Please enter the check-in/check-out available times based on the region where the accommodation is located.
ex. If check-in deadline is selected as 21:00PM -> guests must arrive at the accommodation by 9 PM to check in. - Times can be selected in 30-minute intervals.
5) Customer Inquiry Phone Number / Email
- Please enter the reservation office main number for the customer inquiry phone number.

6) Important Accommodation Information
- Please select the type of information needed, then write the corresponding content within 500 characters.
1) Things to Know ex. This accommodation does not provide amenities.
2) Mandatory Check-in Guidelines ex. For check-in after 10 PM, please contact us in advance.
3) Mandatory Fee Guide ex. All additional fees are paid on-site.
4) Other Options and Fees ex. Breakfast buffet additional fee - Adult 30,000 won / Child 15,000 won
5) Pet Policy ex. Pets are not allowed
6) Facilities and Services Provided ex. All guests can use the outdoor swimming pool for free.
7) Restaurant Information ex. Start your morning at the MRT breakfast buffet located on the 2nd floor of the main hall.
8) Renovation and Closure Information ex. Building C is unavailable for stay due to renovation work from October to December.
9) Promotional Benefit Information ex. Free welcome drink provided
- Information types cannot be registered in duplicate.
- Click [Add Information] to add additional important accommodation information.
- Click [Delete Information] to delete registered important accommodation information.
7) Hotel Amenities / Parking and Transportation Information / Available Languages / Additional Services / Other Information
- Please click all applicable attribute checkboxes related to the product
8) Accommodation Photos
- The first photo is automatically saved as the main photo and gets a main badge. Please upload a main photo that can represent the product.
- If you need to delete a photo, click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the photo.
- You can upload new photos by clicking the box or dragging images into the box.
- You can change the order by dragging photos.
- Uploading 5 or more photos that clearly show the product, such as accommodation exterior, amenities, and rooms, will increase the purchase rate.
