Learn how to modify product option information!
In option information, you can modify option name, usage status, detailed description, main benefits, applicable rooms, exposure period, refund policy, automatic pricing settings, minimum/maximum stay days, and option service-related content.
π¨ After modifying all information, you must click [Save] at the bottom of the page for changes to be applied.
π¨ Information modification is not supported on mobile apps, so please use a PC Chrome browser.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
4) Click [Option Information] from the left information list
5) Click [Edit] in option information
1) Option Name
- Please enter the option name. (Maximum 20 characters)
ex. Water Park & Breakfast Family Package
π¨ For Room Only options, name modification is not possible.
2) Usage Status
- Please select usage status. When set to [Not in use], it will not be shown to travelers.
3) Option Detailed Description

Please enter additional descriptions or additional components for the option.
ex. Option usage time, available location, additional charges for extra guests, usage age -
The entered description will be displayed when clicking 'More' in the integrated accommodation product details room - option.

You can add multiple descriptions by clicking [Add Description].

You can delete registered descriptions by clicking [Delete Description].
4) Main Benefits
- Please freely describe benefits you want to emphasize to customers.
- It will be displayed next to the option name in the option card on the traveler page.
- You can add up to 10 by pressing the [+] button.
5) Meals / Rooms / Check-in, Check-out / Gifts / Facility Use / Services
- Please click all check boxes for applicable attributes related to the option.
6) Applicable Rooms

Select rooms that require application of this option.
- If the option applies to all rooms, please select [All rooms].
- If the option applies to specific rooms, click [Select rooms] and select all applicable rooms.
π¨ For Room Only options, applicable room modification is not possible.
7) Exposure Period
- If you want the option to be displayed regardless of period, please select [Always].
- If you want the option to be displayed during a specific period, click [Set exposure period] and select start and end dates.
8) Refund Policy

When selecting [Refundable], it follows the cancellation/refund policy applied to that option.
- If the option is non-refundable, please select [Non-refundable].
π¨ If [Refundable] is selected but there is no cancellation/refund policy applied to the option, the option will be automatically set to not in use.
9) Automatic Pricing Settings

If you want automatic settings based on Room Only option price, select [Use].

Select [+] if it becomes more expensive than Room Only price / [-] if it becomes cheaper.

For percentage price changes, select [%] and enter the change ratio.

For fixed amount price changes, select [KRW] and enter the price.
10) Minimum/Maximum Stay Days
- Please enter the minimum and maximum stay days for this option.

If not entered, it will be saved as minimum 1 day stay / no maximum stay limit.

Minimum stay days must be equal to or less than maximum stay days.
