1) Setting/Deleting Cutoff

What is cutoff? It means a method of closing room reservations based on a specific date.
- When there's no inventory for a specific period during peak seasons like holidays
- When reservations are unavailable due to remodeling during a specific period, etc.
- You can manage through the cutoff function when you need to close reservations only for certain periods.
1. Click the 'Cutoff Management' button in the upper right
2. Check Always or Specify Period
- Always: Applied from the day cutoff is set
- Specify Period: Applied based on a specific period
3. Select closing start time
4. Enter closing period (N days)
5. Select room/option
6. Click the 'Save' button in the lower right

After the set time during the registered period, the corresponding date+N days product will be automatically turned OFF for sales.

You cannot set cutoffs with overlapping periods for the same room/option.

Cutoff is applied from the day it's set.

When cutoff is applied, a "Cutoff" badge will be displayed.

- You can edit/delete previously registered cutoffs through the 'Cutoff Management' button in the upper right.
β Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Regarding cutoff usage, for example, if I set cutoff to close for 3 days starting from 00:00, how is it applied?
A. Based on 00:00, sales status will be closed for 3 days including today's date.
For example, if today's date is November 1st, sales status will be closed from the 1st to the 3rd.
Additionally, if you set it to close for 3 days starting from 18:00,
if today's date is November 1st, sales status will be closed from the 1st to the 3rd,
and when it becomes 18:00 on November 2nd, sales closure will be extended to November 4th.
