Here's how to modify your room information!
In room information, you can modify room name, sales status, occupancy, bed type, room photos, room size, and provided services.
π¨ After modifying any information, you must click [Save] at the bottom of the page for changes to be applied.
π¨ Information modification is not supported on mobile apps. Please use a PC Chrome browser.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
4) Click [Room Information] in the left information list
5) Click [Edit] in room information
1) Room Name
- Please enter the room name. (Maximum 20 characters)
2) Sales Status
- Please select the sales status. When set to [Sales Suspended], it will not be displayed to travelers.
3) Number of Guests
- For standard occupancy, please enter the number of guests that serves as the basis for pricing.
- For maximum occupancy, please enter the maximum number of guests that can stay in the room including children. Only numbers equal to or greater than the standard occupancy can be entered.
- Maximum adults refers to the maximum number of adult guests that can stay in the room.
- Maximum children refers to the maximum number of child guests that can stay in the room.
- For child age limit, please enter the age that serves as the criteria for children. Those at or below the set age will be considered children.
4) Room Size / Bed Type
- Please select the bed types and quantities available in the room.
- For twin beds, please select 2 single beds.

6) Room Information
- Please describe the amenities, features, and precautions for the room.
7) Room Location and View / Facilities / Amenities / Provided Services / Internet and Work Space / Usage Guide
- Please check all applicable attribute checkboxes related to the room
8) Room Photos
- The first photo is automatically saved as the main photo and gets a representative badge. Please upload a main photo that can represent the room.
- If you need to delete a room photo, click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the photo.
- You can upload new photos by clicking the box or dragging images into the box.
- You can change the order by dragging photos.
- Uploading 5 or more photos that clearly show the room condition including the room, bathroom, and view will increase your purchase rate.

A. This item cannot be modified. Please register the room again to make modifications.
