In room information management, you can add and delete room information, and change room order.
π¨ Room information management is not supported on mobile apps, so please be sure to use a PC Chrome browser.
1οΈβ£ Adding Room Information
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
4) Click [Room Information] in the left information list
5) Click [Register Room] in the top right
- After entering room information, click [Save] at the bottom to create new room information.

- If you do not integrate with CMS and use Staynet's rate/inventory management function, please select non-integrated for integration status.
- For rooms that will be used with CMS integration, please select either TL or Sanha for integration status.

Sanha CMS integration will be available from mid-December. (Subject to change)

π¨ Integration status cannot be modified after saving the room, so please enter carefully.
π¨ When set as an integrated room, rates and inventory cannot be modified through Staynet. Please update through your selected CMS tool.
2οΈβ£ Deleting Room Information
π¨ Rooms with one or more reservations cannot be deleted.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
4) Click [Room Information] in the left information list
5) Click [Delete] in room information
3οΈβ£ Changing Room Order
You can set the order of rooms that will be displayed on the integrated accommodation screen.
1) Log in to MyRealTrip Partner
2) Click [Products] β [Hotel/Resort/Pension]
3) Click [Edit] in accommodation information
4) Click [Room Information] in the left information list
5) Click [Change Room Order] in the top right
- Drag the [ γ ] in the room order to change the order of registered rooms.
- You must click [Complete Order Change] for the changes to be reflected.
- If you want to cancel changes, please click [Cancel Order Change].

A. You can modify it through the room information editing below. However, integration status cannot be modified, so please re-register.
